
Spaghetti In Arrabiata Sauce

Ingredients:
| 50 gm | spaghetti, broken in half |
| 1 cup | tomato paste |
| 4 cloves | garlic, thinly sliced |
| 2 medium | tomatoes, roughly chopped |
| 15-20 | basil leaves, hand broken |
| 1 large | bell pepper, cubed |
| 1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 small | broccoli |
| ½ tbsp | italian herbs mix |
| ½ tbsp | chilli flakes |
| salt to taste | |
| pepper to taste | |
| basil, chopped, for garnish | |
| parmesan, for garnish | |
Directions:
1. Preheat the skillet on a medium flame.
2. Add all the ingredients and cook on a medium flame with the lid on and Redi-Temp™ valve open.
3. Once the valve whistles, close Redi-Temp™ valve and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the gas and rest the pan for 5 minutes.
5. Garnish it with basil and parmesan.
