The multi-layer thermal core consists of three layers of aluminium (1050/3003/1050) providing prompt and even heat distribution, making it ideal for oil-free and waterless cooking.
The outermost layer made up of AISI 430 magnetic stainless steel is durable and has an easy to clean surface that maintains a mirror finish for years. This type of steel is specially designed for use on induction cooktops.
