Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Egg

2 mins       Serves 1        Non Vegetarian 

Ingredients:


2 eggs, beaten and seasoned
cooking spray
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:


1. Spray cooking oil to the skillet, and preheat at a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, or until oil is very hot.

2. Reduce the flame to low and add eggs, previously beaten and seasoned.

3. Cook for 2 minutes, while constantly stirring.

4. Once cooked, turn off the flame.

5. Serve hot.
